Making Waves

I have been studying how to paint waves for ocean scenes. Joe is a Mural Artist. I am not really certain what kind of paint he is using. I actually think he may be using Latex since it appears that his paints are in cans. He makes it look so easy. I think I will be watching more of his videos!

Perhaps it’s acrylic paint. I know an artist who use that. It’s cheap.

It might be Acrylic. I have just never seen it sold in cans. I put it under Acrylic because it seems more likely to be Acrylic than oil.Smile

I think acrylic paint is often used for painting walls and therefore sold in buckets.

Yes, he does! I like the way he teaches and shows that the color of the water isn't that big a deal.
